REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Complete the codetickets.com registration form. If you are already registered at codeticket.com, log in with your username and password.

Select the activities you want to participate in. If you have a discount code, enter it in the corresponding place before adding the activity to your shopping basket.

Once you have selected all the desired activities, finalize your purchase by paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card.

You will receive an email with the tickets for each selected Menorca Lindy Exchange activity,

Once the payment has been made, the Menorca Lindy Exchange Organization considers that the reservation has been paid, and does not undertake to make any partial or total refund, in order to cover management and organization costs of the event
GENERAL TERMS
The general conditions for those attending the Menorca Lindy Exchange will be managed by Jazz Open Associació d'Alligàtors. CANCELLATION POLICY

No changes are made once payment is made.

In cases of medical emergencies, occurring in the days before the Exchange, the Menorca Lindy Exchange Organization will assess the situation, with the prior sending of the relevant documents. Medical emergencies are considered: accidents, bone injuries and/or broken bones, sudden serious conditions requiring hospitalization. Injuries originating weeks before the Exchange, with a prognosis close to this one, will not be considered a medical emergency.

The Menorca Lindy Exchange Organization reserves the right to change timetables, location, teachers, bands and prices of the Exchange and/or parties and/or activities. Any of these changes will be communicated through the web.

At the same time, the performance of some of the different scheduled activities is conditional on a minimum number of registrants. If it does not reach this minimum, the organization may propose an alternative activity and if there is none, refund the amount corresponding to this activity to those who have registered.

In cases of force majeure such as pandemic, epidemic, outbreak, crisis, war, terrorist attack, labor strikes, extreme weather, government actions, etc., the Menorca Lindy Exchange could cancel, postpone or modify the nature of the event , as well as self-absolve. of the responsibility to make a full refund for reasons beyond their control. In any case, the Organization may retain a percentage of the amount paid as administrative fees to cover the part of expenses already incurred and not recoverable. In any case, the Organization will always try to consider alternatives to reduce the damage to both parties.

If the event is canceled or postponed by the Organization due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will have the option to transfer their tickets to the new event date.

The Organization is not responsible for any use that third parties or companies make without permission of these images. For all these reasons, I expressly AUTHORIZE the use of my personal image resulting from the festival as mentioned. And for the record and to take effect, I accept this authorization by virtue of the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on Civil Protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's image. General acceptance of these conditions implies authorization of this clause on the transfer of image rights.
